Balustrades for Tauranga's Western Growth Corridor

Pyes Pa and The Lakes have grown quickly over the past two decades, and with up to 4,000 more homes planned at Tauriko West, a lot of new decks and balconies are still to come. Under Building Code clause F4, any deck, balcony, landing or stair with a fall of 1 metre or more needs a barrier. We build to that standard using Grade A safety glass and engineered aluminium, and we supply the details your builder or Tauranga City Council needs. The best time to talk to us is before the deck framing is finished, so fixings go exactly where they need to.

Many homes from the first stages of The Lakes and the older parts of Pyes Pa are now well over a decade old, and plenty still have their original rails. Replacing tired or dated rails with frameless glass or a modern aluminium design is one of the quickest ways to lift the look of a home, especially before selling.
